Jill Noblitt: Born in Milwaukee and still living in Wisconsin- I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 ragdoll kitties. I have a Degree in Fine Art/ Graphic Design from UW Milwaukee and love to spend my spare time in some type of creative capacity. ( I bring creativity to everything I do- even my job as a Payroll Specialist!)
